Ok so we all know finding the perfect foundation takes mass amounts of research, super stealth focus in the store, endless amounts of swatching and light changes...and then even if you find the right foundation and the right shade...there is no guarantee it's going to be your "go to shade" for the rest of eternity!
Here's why I almost fell off my chair....
Apparently at select Sephora stores you can walk in and walk out with the ideal foundation and shade for your skin. *Yay*
Here's how it works...
Go into select Sephora store (I'll be hitting up the San Francisco store on Powell Street) and ask the perky employee for Pantone Color IQ. A little camera is used to take 27 photos of your skin in a snap of the fingers and the program matches your skin color and undertones to a number that is then used in an app to spit out your perfect brand and shade fro all the foundations that are sold at Sephora based on your custom skin color number.
